Following proposals from Dior and Armani, it is the turn to another of the big firms. The house Chanel has already presented its new collection of haute couture in the Grand Palais in Paris. Karl Lagerfeld has again surprised with a stunt staging, in which a giant golden lion 12 feet high flooded the catwalk. Impressive.
Despite this apabulllante scenery, the collection has failed enthusiasm. Lagerfeld has presented a proposal irregular and contained more functional than ever.
In the first part of the parade have dominated three-piece sets consisting of chaqqueta, skirt and blouse, a functional style and urban. The collection has improved in the second half, led by the party dresses. Many sequins, glitter, beads and embroidered leather trim.
