At full speed the Puerto Rico High Fashion Week 2010
Took place press conference of the Puerto Rico High Fashion Week, fashion pinnacle event in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, which presents the best of local and international fashion since Thursday 23 to 25 September 2010 at the Convention Center of Puerto Rico, so Caridad Fernandez announced its president.
“On this fifth anniversary, the Puerto Rico High Fashion Week presents the best of local and international fashion and continue innovating, growing and contributing to the economy and image of Puerto Rico,” Fernandez said.
PRHFW the 2010 has the following distinguished designers who present their collections spring / summer 2011: from Paris, Puerto Rico Reinaldo Alvarez, Jack Abugattas from Peru, Venezuela and patio Giovanni Scutaro: Lisa Capalli, Eddie Guerrero, Nono Maldonado, John Dunn, Miriam Budet, and new talent to whom we recognize as The New Generation 2010: Diana Vasquez, Edzel Giovanni, Hector Omar, Jaer Caban, Jose Karlo, José Raúl, Nicole de Jesús, Paola Iturrino, Reynaldo Jose and Yanira Maldonado.
The designers will be presenting the following collections:

On this fifth anniversary, and with much enthusiasm returns as sponsor of the event the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico. “This event represents an excellent opportunity to publicize one of the great virtues of Puerto Rico as a destination, while support our designers. For us is very proud to have talent of this magnitude, which allows us to project a sophisticated image in line with the strategic approach we have implemented, “said its chief executive, Mario Gonzalez Lafuente.
As part of PRHFW, will present the final of the 13th edition of the Elite Model Look Puerto Rico, an event held annually in collaboration with Elite Model Managment to find models in the fashion market. Models from the likes of Heidi Klum, Gisele Bundchen, Isabeli Fontana, Frederique van der Wal, among others, were discovered thanks to this international event.
Another significant finding is that this issue will involve PRHFW two famous international models. The Puerto Rican model Jaslene Gonzalez winner of the eighth season of America’s Next Top Model, will parade in the event of Elite Model Look Puerto Rico and the Top Model Argentina, Ingrid Grudke, who comes as the model guest designer Giovanni Scutaro to parade their creations.
Among the new features this year brings the PRHFW, is The Shop, a new element in this edition of PRHFW. Event attendees will be able to purchase exclusive haute couture designs, accessories and fine jewelry and other products related to fashion exclusively using MasterCard, presenting sponsor of the event. The Shop will have the following daily schedule, 11:00 am until the end of each of the three nights.
Champagne lovers who attend will enjoy Moet PRHFW The Kissing Room VIP Lounge. In addition, attendees can buy for free the September 2010, The Collection Puerto Rico High Fashion Week, the most luxurious fashion magazine created for collectors and lovers of fashion designers.
