On Sunday September 5 Rose Mary Cruz Young became the winner of the first edition of Search WMODEL managing to be the next image of WEST Fashion Week, Spring Summer to be held from 8 to Oct. 10 at Rincon of the Seas, Grand Caribbean Hotel.
Several editors and publishers of major journals in the country gathered to select the stars of their covers and fashion editorials, including: Alex Merced, Robert Colberg, Eliexis Delgado, Lilliam Galindez, Yamil Miranda (Icon Magazine) and José Teixeira ( Ego magazine). The contestants made their first appearance in an Karla Vargas choreography and parade in swimwear designer and a novel Deleniz García Glamour fashion show Avenue, then show off their own style in the final competition in swimsuits.
Lorriane Ashley Feliciano and Valentine were selected to participate in publishing journals while Rose Mary Cruz WMODEL Search winner was selected by the EGO MAGAZINE as a special prize.
